Enables the radio to route
limited broadcast datagrams from the MC (Mobile Computer) over the air.
The feature applies for the current Data
Profile.
When disabled, limited broadcast
datagrams from the MC are blocked from being sent over the air.
When the Data Profile Type field is not set to "Broadband-only", and
when the radio is model / option capable.
